ECDL ROMANIA, together with the General Scholar Inspectorate in Bucharest and Bucharest City Hall launched in 2008 the”5 High Schools 5 Museums” project, an educational program for students in high schools which we hope will encourage the youth to take part in cultural activities. Visits to several museums in Bucharest were arranged and, ever since, every year 250 teenagers from high schools in Bucharest visit for free 5 museums in the capital. In this third edition of the project, teenagers were challenged to an online general knowledge contest, which took place at www.ecdl.org.ro .

All organizers and the representatives of the museums involved in the project, as well as students and coordinating teachers, took part in the final event of the project at the National Village Museum in Bucharest. The winners of the general knowledge contest were announced. There took place another competition between high schools, i.e. a competition between their visiting diaries.
